In order to provide you with the best possible browsing experience, HAMELIN has drawn up these General Terms of Use (“GTU”) with information on the content of the Website and its use.

The website allows ELBA users to design, print and save personalised labels. The user can store his projects in order to reprint them during a subsequent visit.
The usage of Elba Print is free of charge.
You need to create an account to use Elba Print. Our name and a valid email address will be required.
For more information about the conditions related to the use of an email address please read the Privacy Policy concerning.

III. Liability

As a user, you acknowledge the risks inherent in browsing online, including the contamination of your computer equipment by potential viruses circulating on the internet. You also acknowledge that on no account may HAMELIN be held liable for any losses, malfunctions or other damage suffered to your computer equipment, software, network equipment, etc. resulting from the materialization of said risks.
HAMELIN endeavours to check and update the information contained on the Website as regularly as possible.

    HAMELIN grants you a licence for the non-commercial use, within the framework of the presentation of its products and related press releases, of the Contents available in the “Press Area” section of the Website (the “Licence”). The Licence is granted free of charge for any country in the world and for the duration of HAMELIN’s Intellectual Property rights. It may be revoked at any time.
    The Licensee undertakes to use the Contents in a responsible manner and not to infringe upon the rights, image or reputation of HAMELIN, its subsidiaries or any of its staff. You agree that by using Elba Print you will (i) keep secret your username and password used to access Elba Print; (ii) notify HAMELIN immediately of any unauthorised use of your account or any security breaches; and/or (iii) take all reasonable measures to keep your data and backup copies of your data secure to avoid any loss.
You agree that by using Elba Print you will not (i) use Elba Print for any unlawful purposes; (ii) use Elba Print in any way that may interrupt, damage, impair or render the Elba Print Application and/or Website less efficient; (iii) transfer files that contain viruses, Trojans or other harmful programmes; (iv) access or attempt to access the accounts of other users or penetrate or attempt to penetrate Elba Print’s security measures; or (v) use Elba Print in such a way that adversely affects HAMELIN's name, reputation or goodwill.
HAMELIN reserves the right to suspend, restrict or terminate your access to Elba Print at any time without notice if it has reasonable grounds to believe you have breached any of the restrictions or obligations contained in these Terms. This shall not limit HAMELIN's right to take any other action against you that it considers appropriate to defend its rights or those of any person.
